The Streamyx Blockbuster Deals is a bundle package for Broadband and Voice
call plan, except for Streamyx 384kbps RM60.
The Broadband Deals is Streamyx Combo packages starting from download speed
of 384kbps to 4Mbps.
Streamyx Combo 384kbps RM60/month will be provided with "WIRED" modem
and RM10 Add-on voice plan is optional. Subscription to RM10 add-on package
come together with a Free Dect phone.
Packages from Streamyx Combo 512kbps RM90/month to 4Mbps RM160/month is
inclusive of Voice call plan, WiFi modem and Free Dect phone.

Blockbuster Deals is a package which offers 24/7 broadband service with FREE wireless modem which enables mobility at home, and FREE Dect Phone. Customers also enjoy FREE calls nationwide and Lowest call rates to mobile via Voice Deals plan.

You can apply for TM Homeline and check if Streamyx service is available at your area at any TMpoint or TM Authorised Resellers. - Yes, but you have to settle any outstanding bills on call usage.

- Yes. You can start enjoying the ZERO charge on TM Homeline rental for Blockbuster Deals on the next bill date of your TM Homeline after the activation of Blockbuster Deals service.

- Yes, for new TM Homeline customer, you will be charged the following one-time charges

- You will start enjoy the offerings when your Voice Deals package are effective. The effective date is depend on your billιdate. 1 n other words, the plan will start on the customer's nearest next bill date, as illustrated below:
- Example: Customer's Bill Date is on 16th
If 1a m not satisfied with Voice Deals package , can I terminate it / how do I terminate Voice Deals package?
- You can terminate Voice Deals package at any time, however an administration fee [RM50 for terminating Voice Deal 38 AND RM100 for terminating Voice Deal 48 or Voice Deal 68] will be imposed if the termination took place within the minimum subscription period. To terminate, you just need to visit the nearest TMpoint. The package will end / terminate one day before the customer's nearest next bill date, as illustrated below:
Will my telephone bill decrease when 1 subscribe to Voice Deals package?
- It depends onyour phone usage. If majority of your calls are to TM Fixed Lines, then you can enjoy the savings since those calls are free of charge.
Can 1 check the duration of minutes used either for local or National calls [STD]?
- Yes. The usage of the minutes included in the package will appear in your telephone bill
What is the definition of .Free National calls [STD]?
- Free National Calls.. means free unlimited calls made from a town to another beyond the adjacent charge area , from TM Fixed Line to TM Fixed Line.
Will calls to 1 300 and 1 800 numbers be charged?
- No additional charges will be charged since the calls to 1 300 numbers are charged as local calls and calls to 1 800 numbers are free of charge.
How about calls made to 1515 [Internet calls] 137xx, 600 and 103?
- For calls made to 1515 [Internet calls]. 103, 600 and 137xx, normal charges applies.

- Yes, you may subscribe to Voice Deals package.
How can 1 redeem my FREE DECT Phone / How can 1 get the FREE DECT Phone?
- Once you are successfully registered with Voice Deals package, TM will send an acknowledgment letter confirming your subscription to our service. Please bring along the letter to the nearest TMpoint to collect the DECT Phone. You will get the free DECT Phone while stock lasts. However , if you registered Voice Deals package at the nearest TMpoint, TMpoint will present the DECT Phone immediately to you once the package is successfully registered [while stocks last].
What is the time frame to collect my FREE DECT Phone?
- The redemption period is 6 months upon package registration.

Streamyx Blockbuster Deals - Terms and Conditions

Streamyx Speed of service is on ‘best effort’ basis with 24/7 Broadband.
Service is subject to availability and technical testing.
For NEW and EXISTING customers.
This special packages valid for SUCCESSFUL Streamyx installation and activation ONLY. Thus, TM Homeline subscription before the said event is treated separately and subject to TM Homeline Terms & Conditions.
The minimum subscription period is 12 MONTHS.
If customers terminate within the minimum subscription period, RM 350 for administration fee will be charged.
Modem warranty is only for 12 months.
DECT Phone will be given to New Installation (NI) and Upgrade Speed upon Streamyx Activation.
For Voice Plan RM10/Free Voice:
1. Subject to 5% service tax;
2. Customer can start enjoying voice plan on the next TM Homeline bill date after Streamyx service is activated .The voice charges before such notification(s) will be treated as normal charges.;
3. The existing voice plan will be terminated on the next bill date after Streamyx service is activated.
For customer with existing call plan with Voice 10 , Voice 28 or ANY other call plan will be terminated automatically by system and start enjoy new call plan upon successful registration.
Zero Entry Cost for Streamyx service:
1. Waived activation of RM 75
2. Installation of RM88 (0 Entry Cost ) for Streamyx Combo.
For NEW TM Homeline: Connection fee of RM50 for new TM Homeline will be excluded. Deposit fee of RM75 will be charged for TM Homeline. Internal Wiring for TM Homeline is chargeable (RM30- RM50).
Registration for call plan effective date : immediate BP
Termination for call plan effective date: immediate BP
DECT Phone:
1. Applicable for New Installation (NI) and Upgrade only.
2. Migration to same speed will NOT be receiving Free DECT Phone.
3. Upgrade within this package will NOT be receiving new DECT Phone.
FREE DECT Phone will be couriered to customers.
For existing customer who does not subscribe to the above call plan, TMpoint can proceed to migrate/upgrade to the plan.
A new DECT Cordless phone will be given according to the rules in the table below:
